CONSTRUCTION:
Star was made with a thrift store dress that was tailored to fit. Ruffle trim and a collar were sewn onto it and the octopus logo was hand painted. A petticoat was worn underneath for added poof!

Stars shoes were bought and spray painted. The details are craft foam.

Her purse is made from craft foam too and her wand was a pvc pip and foam board with hand painted details!

The wig, stockings, and headband were bought.
