CONSTRUCTION:

The shirts and ties were bought. The shorts were pants tailored into pillowy-shorts. The pockets on them, and the belts with the suspender sash, and arm sash are all craft foam. The hats and eyepatches are also made from foam, including the lettering and eyepatch designs. The baton is a broken selfie stick. All the silver buttons are painted googly eyes.
