CONSTRUCTION:

Darling used a black base dress she had. It was plain, with a lace up back and no details. It was cut and altered to fit a hoop skirt, and then white wrappings were added (made from cut and rolled bed sheets.) Lace was added to the bottom and back panel's of the dress. The front was cut open to reveal the white lining, and a lace up front was also added. Feathers were glued to the top trim of the dress and all the white embroidery was hand painted with 3D fabric paint. Finally, a bouquet of fake red roses was dissembled and glued to the dress and choker.
