CONSTRUCTION:
Kylo Ren is a total of four pieces. The tabard/topcoat, the inner surcoat, and the hood. 

 

The gloves, mask, belt, saber, pants and boots were bought. The mask and saber were repainted. The topcoat was made with the wrong side of some upholstery fabric using an original pattern. The under surcoat was made by sewing pleated sleeves and panels found from a jacket onto a sweater. 

 

The hood was sewn from a pattern online.
