CONSTRUCTION:

The costume is made up of 4 layers of clothing. The cape was made from a black round tablecloth that was attached to a black blazer. The blazer was cut and altered to the short cropped jacket. White cording was added, as well as a second larger collar. The buttons were also replaced with fancier ones. Darling also made new, exaggerated cuffs, made from craft foam with fancy cufflinks, white cording, and white feathers.  The under jacket was another altered blazer, with black velvet trim and white lacing. All of the white embroidery is hand painted 3D fabric paint. The ha, was a tri-horn costume hat that Darling cut to shape into a large fedora. Cording and hand painted 3D designs finished the look.
