CONSTRUCTION:

So this costume was made in company with Elsa! The pants and hoodie were bought, and hand painted with a mix of hot glue (for the raised icicle effect) silver spray paint, what paint, and some glitter. 
 

The staff was made from PVC pipe and fiber glass tape. We also made invisible shoes.
