CONSTRUCTION:

This costume actually ran into a lot of difficulties before being finished, but we were happy with the turn out. First we purchased a regular full body white zentai suit. It was then altered, the sleeves cut off and hemmed as well as all the diamond shapes in the suit. The belt sash was made with some gold fabric. The red diamond sash jewel was made with red acetate and golden craft foam. The blue earring jewel is also acetate, attached to a fake earring clip. The bicep bracelet is craft foam and a belt. 

Most of the aesthetic of the costume comes from the makeup work. Sylar was covered in Cadaver Grey Ben Nye creme makeup from the waist up. (Below the waist he wore tinted pantyhose.) Black Ben Nye creme made up the corrupted lines and arms.
