OVERWATCH
CONSTRUCTION:
The shirt vest, pants and ribbon are all store bought. The belts are all craft foam with hot glue embellishments on poster board and the armor is EVA foam. The coat is made from scratch with faux suede and the silver embroidery is just hot glue. The hat was bought, and dyed.
