CONSTRUCTION:

The shirt was purchased from a thrift store, and altered with navy fabric and gold bias tape sewn onto the collar. The cuffs were also covered with a navy layer and gold buttons. The skirt was sewn off an altered circle skirt pattern, with added pleats. Navy trim was added to the bottom, and straps were made with gold trim and gold buttons. 

The hair ribbon, scarf, and choker were all sewn from left over navy fabric. The Bird pendent was a metal locket hand painted with enamel. The boots were bought.
