CONSTRUCTION:

Very straightforward! I bought a doctor's coat and added red panels with heat n bond, a zipper with the sewing machine, and decals with iron ons and hand-drawn lines. The rest is just thrifted clothes, foam on painted shoes, and a clear clipboard with a foam topper. The Mercy headband is worbla covered foam.
