CONSTRUCTION:

I altered Simplicity pattern 8050 for the base dress, then heat n' bonded the lighter blue and black sections. Then I glued on all the craft foam for the straps and buckles and white sections. The collar and belt and armor are a mixture of craft and EVA foam. The leggings are painted tights, the shoes are thrifted with white foam and reflective tape glued on. The beret and overwatch sleeve patch were bought! 

The wings are EVA foam, plastic sheets and posterboard mounted on PVC pipe.
