This costume is bought! The necklace is photoshop. The shoes are thrifted.

VERSION TWO: 
For a more accurate cosplay, I bought the Spirit Halloween version in order to cut out the skirt trim and top embroidery/white part. I updated the logo so it was more accurate with a green marker and white paint. Then I sewed them onto a real sweater vest and pleated skirt! I also bought a proper 86 necklace. My hair I dyed blonde, but I also now use a fake bangs and ponytail set for a more realistic look.
