CONSTRUCTION:
The pants and belt were purchased, and a leather vest (borrowed from Corvo) was detailed with white paint and gold buttons. A black shirt was cut and patterened over a white one, and the scarf and bandage were assembled from scrap fabrics. 

The entire costume was battle damaged with spray paints, sandpaper, and a a few matches!
